What is the shipping cost?
For all parts of Greece the shipping cost is 2.5€, while if the cost of your order is over 70€ it is free of charge.

Who will deliver my order?
Our partner for shipments throughout Greece is Speedex.
In how many days will I receive it?
The delivery time of your order is from 1 to 3 working days from the day of order completion.
Parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. If you wish to commit to a specific delivery time or a specific time frame, you must contact Speedex.
In the event that delivery of your order is not possible, the sender will inform you how to pick it up and contact the Speedex branch.

Can I track my order?
Every customer who has provided an e-mail address and mobile phone number in their details, on the day of dispatch of their order, receives a unique number.

Our partner for shipments to Cyprus is ELTA Post Office.
In how many days will I receive it?
The delivery time of your order is from 5 to 8 working days from the day of order completion.
Parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.

PICK UP FROM THE SHOP
In-store pickup is possible for any purchase. In case you have indicated during the completion of your order that you wish to pick up from our store, you will be notified by phone by our associates in case there is a problem with the availability of a product of your order. When your order is ready to be picked up, you will be notified either by viber or sms message on your mobile phone, or by phone. Your order will remain available in our store for 4 calendar days. If you do not receive your order within the 4 calendar days, your order will be cancelled.
Your order can be collected from the store 24 hours after the order has been completed,
from Monday to Saturday, strictly with the name you have registered and your order code.
